Filter Media

The media that we offer in the Fleetguard HF30599 is great if you care about achieving ISO targets, or if you just want to maintain cleaner hydraulic fluids. With its uniform characteristics and improved density, Microglass will allow you to capture and retain up to 400 times the amount of particulate offered by traditional paper filter elements. We also offer Microglass filters with water removal capabilities.

Filter Seal

Are you looking for a filter with a seal that can endure sudden changes in pressure and temperature, or maybe you just want a filter seal that will last. Knowing that Viton O-rings can take the heat, resistance of up to 400°F/200°C and withstand exposure to some of the most aggressive fluids, will put your mind at ease. Viton O-rings are almost always the best choice for every industrial application.

Viton o-rings are recommended for:

Petroleum oils
Di-ester base lubricants (MIL-L-7808, MIL-L-6085)
Silicate ester base lubricants (MLO 8200, MLO 8515, OS-45)
Silicone fluids and greases
Halogenated hydrocarbons (carbon tetrachloride, trichloroethylene)
Selected phosphate ester fluids
Acids
Operating temperature -20°f to 250°f
