Filter Media

The media that we offer in the Rexroth ABZFE-H0080-10-1X/V-B is uniform in shape and smaller than the fibers found in paper elements. The result is a filter element that has more fibers per square millimeter and reduces the amount of particulate capable of passing through the filter by 99.9%. Additionally, the structure of a microglass filter prevents the media from degrading in a way found in paper elements. When you chose a microglass filter, you are making an excellent business decision for your organization.

Filter Seal

Are you looking for a filter with a seal that can endure sudden changes in pressure and temperature, or maybe you just want a filter seal that will last. Knowing that Viton O-rings can take the heat, resistance of up to 400°F/200°C and withstand exposure to some of the most aggressive fluids, will put your mind at ease. Viton O-rings are almost always the best choice for every industrial application.

Petroleum oils
Di-ester base lubricants (MIL-L-7808, MIL-L-6085)
Silicate ester base lubricants (MLO 8200, MLO 8515, OS-45)
Silicone fluids and greases
Halogenated hydrocarbons (carbon tetrachloride, trichloroethylene)
Selected phosphate ester fluids
Acids
Operating temperature -20°f to 250°f
