Filter Media

The media that we offer in the Zinga G0410HV is an inorganic fiber that offers significant filtration efficiency over traditional types of media, and is commonly known as Microglass. The increase in efficiency is what allows us to classify the micron rating of this hydraulic filter as absolute, rather than nominal. This is also how you will achieve your desired ISO targets and maintain clean hydraulic fluids.

Filter Seal

Due to Viton’s phenomenal chemical resistance, high temperature range and its low compression set, hydraulic filters with Viton O-rings are an excellent choice for anyone that cares about their operation.

Viton o-rings are recommended for:

Petroleum oils
Di-ester base lubricants (MIL-L-7808, MIL-L-6085)
Silicate ester base lubricants (MLO 8200, MLO 8515, OS-45)
Silicone fluids and greases
Halogenated hydrocarbons (carbon tetrachloride, trichloroethylene)
Selected phosphate ester fluids
Acids
Operating temperature -20°f to 250°f
