Filter Media

The media that we offer in the Zinga RE10 utilizes Microglass fibers to create a dense and uniform filter element. The density of the inorganic fibers found in Microglass increases the particulate capture and retention rate by up to 400 times when compared to Cellulose elements. In addition to the increased efficiency, the element itself does not suffer from degradation the way paper elements do, this prevents the element from returning and contributing to the contamination of your hydraulic fluid.

Filter Seal

Are you looking for a filter with a seal that can endure sudden changes in pressure and temperature, or maybe you just want a filter seal that will last. Knowing that Viton O-rings can take the heat, resistance of up to 400°F/200°C and withstand exposure to some of the most aggressive fluids, will put your mind at ease. Viton O-rings are almost always the best choice for every industrial application.

Viton o-rings are recommended for:

Petroleum oils
Di-ester base lubricants (MIL-L-7808, MIL-L-6085)
Silicate ester base lubricants (MLO 8200, MLO 8515, OS-45)
Silicone fluids and greases
Halogenated hydrocarbons (carbon tetrachloride, trichloroethylene)
Selected phosphate ester fluids
Acids
Operating temperature -20°f to 250°f
